Welfare and Safeguarding

Our responsibility

At The Spalding Utd Youth Foundation, we take our responsibility to safeguard the welfare of every child and young person involved in the club very seriously. We are committed to providing a safe environment for everyone to enjoy football, and we follow The FA’s Safeguarding Children Policy and Procedures.

Managers, Coaches and Volunteers

We follow The FA’s Responsible Recruitment guidelines when recruiting volunteers. All volunteers hold an enhanced DBS check and have completed The FA Safeguarding Children course as a minimum.
